VS32 SATURN – drilling machine with heavy duty frame with operational reliability.
VS32 SATURN is designed for drilling, reaming and thread cutting inpiece and serial production.
Primary transmission by gear wheels = SATURN design. The headstock is vertically adjustable and revolving on the pillar. The machine is equipped by frequency converter, which by help of lever gives to machine two ranges of revolutions range – from 80-2800 r.p.m/min. The gearbox of machine feed have a new design. Machine has electromagnetic clutch. For exceeding of max. pressure on spindle, dulling of tool, the machine feed switch-off automatically. The machine is equipped to release of tool from spindle without using the drill drift. The drilling depth is set on a millimeter scale. The spindle seated in ball bearings.
